  We place the upmost importance on providing a professional service to our clients. This is instilled in all our staff from commencement of their employment. We are constantly developing and revising our procedures in order that we offer the highest standards of service. We are therefore willing to learn from the approach and procedures of our partners to enable us to grow our business.

  One of our objectives is to deliver customer satisfaction and we pride ourselves in our workforce’s attitude to always put the client’s needs first. We actively encourage discussions between our management team and those of our clients to ensure your needs are met.

  We recognise the importance of communication in delivering a successful project. From the outset of your enquiry through to completion, we offer access to our managing director to discuss your requirements and objectives. Our management team are in regular contact with the scaffold supervisors to ensure your project runs smoothly. We also embrace feedback and use the views of our clients to develop our service.

• Education

  We operate a structured training programme which ensures the development of both our scaffolding operatives and administrative personnel. We offer training to all levels of our staff, from apprenticeships for trainee scaffolders to supervisory courses and management education. We acknowledge that in an ever changing industry, education is key to providing a first class service.

• Competitiveness

  Today more than ever, the need to be cost effective and deliver an economical service is imperative. We aim to provide a premium service at a competitive price, whilst using well maintained materials and equipment. We are able to offer such a service, due to the time savings we make, utilising highly trained staff and a streamlined management system.

• Safety

  Due to the nature of our business, the safety of our operatives and those working with us is at the fore front of every contract. All our staff are provided with extensive training and protective equipment. We also implement individual method statements and risk assessments for all our projects, to ensure that our staff are conscious of the specific risks on every site. In addition, all our scaffolding teams attend regular tool box talks to ensure they are aware of the latest industry standards for health and safety.

• Protect the environment

  We aim to minimise the environmental impact of our works and mitigate noise and dust pollution. On completion of a scaffold project, we will ensure that the site is clean and tidy in readiness for the next phase of construction. In addition, all our site operatives are instructed to consider the impact of our works upon neighbouring properties and residents. Our management team have in place a zero tolerance policy in respect of unsatisfactory behaviour.
